I ran a 5k race in Opelika,AL today. Which is big thing for me. there is two reasons for that. The first one, that is my second 5k race ever :). and the second reason that today i broke my previous timing by aprrox. 1 min, thanks to my friend nevels who encouraged me during the last part of the race:) . Anyway, it was a good race actually, it was alittle bit hot out there. and lots of hills but i guess if the weather was great and no hills it will be less challenging :). Anyway, i am glad and looking forward for more races and better timings.

Good run, Hytham. Way to stay tough there at the end after that last hill, and congratulations on the new PR. I really wish I could PR by a minute...

Great job getting a new PR. That is fantastic. I don't understand your miles for the week though. It has you at only 2.0, but you did 3.1 today. Something must be off.

Good job Hyth. Maybe I will see you at daylight tonight to congratulate you in person...
