Welcome to the blog. I hope you enjoy this great group. Good luck with your progress. Stay consistent, have fun and you'll be running the miles you want in no time.

Sno is right. You've made great improvements so far from where you started a month or so ago. Stay consistent, and you'll be hitting as many miles as you want to before you know it.

Above all, though, enjoy it...

Best of luck getting over that injury and moving on to your running goals! I am sure you will do great.

Welcome to the blog!

I ran a 5k race in Opelika,AL today. Which is big thing for me. there is two reasons for that. The first one, that is my second 5k race ever :). and the second reason that today i broke my previous timing by aprrox. 1 min, thanks to my friend nevels who encouraged me during the last part of the race:) . Anyway, it was a good race actually, it was alittle bit hot out there. and lots of hills but i guess if the weather was great and no hills it will be less challenging :). Anyway, i am glad and looking forward for more races and better timings.

Good run, Hytham. Way to stay tough there at the end after that last hill, and congratulations on the new PR. I really wish I could PR by a minute...

Great job getting a new PR. That is fantastic. I don't understand your miles for the week though. It has you at only 2.0, but you did 3.1 today. Something must be off.

Good job Hyth. Maybe I will see you at daylight tonight to congratulate you in person...

This was my first trail run ever with my friend John Nevels, it was dark, cold and scary :) but i still had fun and taking into consideration i was running with an experienced Ultra runner was comforting. I enjoyed it :)

Welcome to the blog and glad to see you enjoyed your first trail run. Definitely doing it at night can be scary.

Hytham!

What's up?

Keep up the good work with class/research/everything else...

...and find a 5k somewhere...
