Today i ran mile and half which is not bad , specially that i am coming back from a knee injury and i felt good. Hopefully by the end of the summer i will increase my milage and speed.

Sno is right. You've made great improvements so far from where you started a month or so ago. Stay consistent, and you'll be hitting as many miles as you want to before you know it.
